Artist Qingyun hand-rolls clay into thin sheets, which she then cut and shape by hand to create various designs. Some shapes are cut using molds, while others are born from spontaneous bursts of creativity. Qingyun chooses a variety of glazes to decorate the surfaces of their pieces, including glossy, matte, and unglazed finishes. They also incorporate pearls and other metals into their ceramic designs. The pieces are fired at temperatures ranging from 700 to 1280 degrees Celsius. All earring posts are made of 925 silver.
