A: We currently accept PayPal payments. We are working to expand our payment options in the future.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Right now, we ship to Canada, United States, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong. We’d love to include your country!
Q: What kind of packaging do you use/how do you ship your products?
A: We exclusively use packing materials that are completely recyclable and environmentally friendly.
Q: What do I do if my items arrived damaged?
A: We strive for 100% satisfaction upon packing our packages, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact us immediately and we will correct the problem. Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we will not accept. Our Pottery is very durable , but not indestructible!

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our handcrafted items are created and packed with care to become a lasting part of your home. Our dedicated team processes orders and ships in full. Estimated shipping times at checkout do not include processing time. Fulfillment is usually 1-3 business days during non-peak seasons. Holidays and special sales can experience longer fulfillment windows.
Q: How are the shipping costs calculated?
A: The shipping cost is determined by a weighted base shipping rate that takes into account the weight of your order and the location from which you are ordering.
Q: What is an estimated delivery time?
A: We ship with USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL. We ship with expedited or express shipping to deliver as quickly as possible for all order sizes.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: At LuLu Handmade Pottery, we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our handcrafted products and the satisfaction of our valued customers. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you were looking for, and we’re committed to making the return process as smooth as possible.
We accept returned to us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return , items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and housed in their original packaging. Please thoroughly inspect any item your order from us on receipt.
we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Q: What if I do not have the original packing slip?
A: Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include the purchasers full name when requesting the return if there is no invoice number available. Including paperwork in returns ensures faster processing! Please contact luluhandmadepottery@gmail.com if you need assistance locating the original order number.
Q: Are your products human, dishwasher & microwave safe?
A: All of my products are made with a lead-free non-toxic glaze and are perfectly happy to be eaten off of, drunken out of and enjoyed thoroughly. Everything is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.
Please don’t microwave an empty ceramic vessel. If there is no food or liquid in the bowl to absorb the microwave energy, the ceramic material itself can become excessively heated and potentially crack or shatter.
Q: How close will the item I receive be to the photo shown in the listing?
A: Every item in our shop is handmade, so sometimes there are slight variations in color and size. Isn’t that the charm of old-school craftsmanship though?
Also, keep in mind that every computer monitor/phone screen displays colors a little differently.
